The construction of a new residential tower in New Jersey is set to take place next month.
The $4.5 million project, which will include a rooftop greenhouse, is expected to open in 2020.
It will be the tallest residential building in New England.
The New York developer is building a 1,300-foot-tall tower at 615 Third Avenue and Third Street in Brooklyn.
It is expected that the new tower will house over 1,600 apartments.
The project was approved by the New York state Department of Housing Preservation and Development in late February.
The department will review the project to determine whether to approve the project.
The building’s height and construction will be determined by an environmental impact report.
The development has been in the works for more than two years, and the company says the company is looking to build up to 1,200 units in total.
It also says the project will be a catalyst for the New Jersey economy.
