A $1.2B residential development in Miami could be complete in 10 years

By RACHEL MALONEY/APAPAAP Architects are transforming a home in Miami into an art gallery and art museum.

They are transforming it into a place where art is not just for art lovers, but also for art students, designers, writers and the public.

The Miami Art Museum, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to preserving and protecting art in the city, is developing the Miami Art Gallery, a two-story museum on the corner of South First Street and Broadway.

Miami Art Museum will be the largest public art gallery in Miami.

The museum is located on the former site of the Miami Herald building.

The building was demolished in the 1980s to make way for the Miami-Dade County Museum of Art.

It will include a permanent collection of nearly 3,000 works by contemporary and emerging artists, a theater that will host performances of theater and dance, a museum of design and a library.

The $1 billion project is expected to open in 2019.

The architects are building an enormous glass and steel structure at the corner, overlooking South First and Broadway, with an exhibition hall, a coffee shop, an outdoor market and a gallery.

It is expected that the gallery will be a catalyst for the city and its surrounding area.

The project is being funded by a $250 million grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and by a new state grant for affordable housing.

The architects hope to create a space that reflects Miami’s unique cultural identity.

The site, which was once a cotton field and cattle ranch, is now an art center, gallery, cultural center, museum and historic landmark, the architects said.

The project will include an amphitheater, a new indoor market, a pedestrian plaza, an underground library, a public square, an art museum and a museum garden.

It will include over 1,000 spaces.

It also includes a community center and a pedestrian walkway between the new museum and the new Art Gallery of Miami.

The new building will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis for 30 days a year, and visitors will be able to browse and purchase artworks by contemporary artists.

The plan is for the museum to attract over 200,000 visitors each year.

The gallery will open in the fall of 2020, with the permanent collection to be complete by 2019.
