A couple of weeks ago, a developer asked the Architectural Institute of America (AIA) to rank the best residential architects in the country.
And while the list was overwhelmingly dominated by New York City architects, a few architects were getting some recognition for their work on a few other coasts.
In particular, architects from Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx were being recognized for their efforts to design and construct high-quality residential housing on the east coast.
This is the second edition of the list, which has been compiled by AIA’s architects since 2004.
The list was originally compiled by the AIA in 2011, but AIA added the Bay Ridge section, which includes Long Island City, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, as well as parts of Queens and the Upper West Side.
The Bay Ridge area includes parts of the Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge, and is home to many New Yorkers, including a significant number of artists.
The Bay Ridge architecture is renowned for its progressive design, which emphasizes the use of open space, open spaces, and public spaces.
This approach to public spaces, known as “public space”, has been criticized by critics as overly restrictive, as they would have to compromise the privacy of the homes on the site.
The design also creates a space for residents to connect with other residents, both on the inside and out.
The designers also create a public space for pedestrians, cyclists, joggers, and transit users.
The result is a neighborhood that is full of character and character that is always evolving, even if the architectural details don’t change drastically.
The second edition was also compiled by a design agency, with the help of a select group of architectural historians.
It includes a selection of architectural and urban history texts, photographs, and videos, and includes a collection of articles that explore the history of residential design.
This year’s list, while slightly smaller than the first, includes more than 1,000 architects and architectural historians, including the winners of the 2012 and 2015 awards.
Among the architects that have received awards this year is Robert M. Stern, who won the 2015 AIA Residential Design Award for his innovative design of a community park in the Bronx.
Stern’s park includes two buildings, one a park-like space, and one that is an outdoor pavilion.
He also created a public garden space that connects to the park.
The two buildings have been named one of the top ten residential design projects in the world.
In the Queens borough of New York, two architects have received a slew of awards this past year.
John C. Williams, who has been working with the AHA for nearly a decade, won the A.P. Award for Outstanding Architectural Design in 2007 for his collaboration with the architects of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, with designs that incorporated the iconic red brick of the New York Public Library.
His design also includes public spaces for walking and biking.
Williams also received a Design of the Year award for his work with the architect of the historic Central Park Zoo, with his design for a community garden that includes a pedestrian path, trees, and benches.
In addition to his design, Williams was awarded the Newhouse Prize for Architecture in 2011.
Another Queens architect who has won the prestigious A.I. Award in the past decade is Paul M. Sperling.
Spleling designed a three-story mixed-use apartment complex that is located at 14th Street and Fifth Avenue, on the Upper East Side.
His project is the tallest apartment building in the neighborhood, and it’s also one of New Yorkers’ most famous residential projects.
The building is one of only four high-rise residential projects to be built in New York since the 1990s, and Sperly was one of a handful of architects who designed the project.
Sperling’s building is now home to the New School, which opened in 2006.
While some critics have criticized Sperlings work for being too minimalist and for not being innovative enough, others have praised his work for creating a sense of community, and for making a statement about the importance of community.
The architect is a member of the A-List of architects that AIA has awarded the AIP Awards for Residential Design in the last 10 years.
In addition to winning the AIMA’s Residential Design award, Paul M Sperlin won the 2011 New York Design Award, which was named one, and was named Architectural Heritage Award of the year in 2013.
Spencer L. Williams is also a member on the AIBA’s Residential and Architectural Preservation and Development Board.
This past year, Williams won the New Academy of Architecture Residential Design of New England, a prestigious award that recognizes the best in the field of residential architecture.
Williams has been a resident in New Haven, Connecticut since 2004, and has designed and built more than 30 residential projects in Connecticut, New York and the New Jersey mainland.
His projects have included residences for seniors and
